Two top editors from Forbes Media, Ali Jackson-Jolley and Jabari Young, are the featured speakers for this year’s O’Neil Lecture in Business Journalism, entitled “When the Audience Becomes the Assignment: How Communities Are Reshaping the Future of News.”
The William J. O’Neil Lecture Series in Business Journalism brings outstanding business journalism professionals to the SMU campus each spring. It is part of a cooperative program in financial reporting developed in 2007 by SMU Meadows’ Division of Journalism and the Cox School of Business through funding from the late William O’Neil, an SMU alumnus and founder of Investor’s Business Daily.
This annual lecture is free to attend and no advance registration is required.
